The Gibson 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue pays tribute to one of the most iconic eras in Gibson history. It features a hand-selected birdseye maple top over a solid, non-weight-relieved mahogany body, delivering the rich resonance, sustain, and punchy midrange that have made the original ’59 Les Paul so legendary. A Murphy Lab Light Aged nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives the guitar a subtly broken-in feel, adding to its vintage character.

The solid mahogany neck features an authentic 1959 profile and long neck tenon for exceptional sustain and a familiar, substantial feel. A rosewood fingerboard with cellulose trapezoid inlays, single-ply binding, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a 12-inch radius deliver a classic late-’50s playing experience. A nylon nut and Kluson Deluxe tuners round out this faithful recreation of a Golden Era classic.
